Purple People Eater Smoothie

aka the Barney Smoothie!




serves 2

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons flax seed
2 bananas
1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup mango, frozen
1 handful spinach, fresh
1 handful kale greens, frozen
ice, if desired for a thinner consistency


Spin it all in the Vitamix until smooth

Sweet enough for the kids and healthy, too.
